Today am going to talk abt dealing with negativity around us


Its true that we are always surrounded by the most positive wibes around us but still, we are so stressed.


The reason behind is the attraction of our mind towards negativity


The realtionship of our mind and negativity is just like fire and petrol


And funny thing is they both make huge blasts


So what we can do to protect ourselves from negativity


I think the best way is to be aware of the negative wibes around us, we need to understand very clearly that we do not need negativity at all


We do not want to be a stress case


When we know that its bad for us, our mind will ask our permission to accept that negativity or not


And there comes the best part


The CHOICE


Yes, 


We should choose to not be a stress case

We should choose to avoid negative news, emotions and people also who only talks negativity, 


Do not waste your energy and resources for such people, i am not asking to judge them or hate them, just for your own well being you should interact more with people who talk positive, who encourage you, who appreciate you


There is so much love and abundance available everywhere around us


All you need is to feel that abundance and enjoy.


Things will start moving in your favor


You will start feeling alive and happy as you can ever be


Just be safe
