Have you ever been in a situation where you want to study, you know very well how important study is this time, but you still don’t do it, you open books but don’t feel like studying.. if you ever been in such situation, then this article is going to help you.


First of all, let yourself know the reason behind all such feeling.

Yes we need to find why we are feeling this, there might be something in our mind which is disturbing us a lot, may be something you failed to achieve in past, may be some relationship problem, whatever it is, go find it, give it a proper time, and make sure this is last time you are devoting time to such problem.

After finding reason behind this feeling, you need to share it, with someone either you know that person or not, just ask him or her that I want to share something, then just share it, it happens sometime that we hold our thoughts in our mind so deep that we don’t let it go, sharing with someone help us to let go all such waste thoughts. The second step, is to Make a full focus towards your aim, yes u might have long term plans in your life, but to reach there, you need to achieve first short term targets, so make a list of your short-term targets, after this, just pick up the first target and start working on it simply, break up ur short term targets to even a day target, wake up in morning, just say that today I am gonna do this, and then this, and later on this… after achieving ur daily target, give yourself a reward, it might be calling your friend for a walk, might be spending some time with your family. 

Third, very typically I say, u need to control on your distractions, yes it's really important, I don’t say you should just shut down every activity which distracts you. By controlling, I mean to prioritize your needs, yes talking to friends over facebook, WhatsApp is important, but set up a regular routine time, like ok in this hour am gonna take up all msgs on Whatsapp, facebook etc.

These ways might help you in developing a really good habit of studying, please remember, habits don’t develop in a day or two, we need to continuously work on it daily, we need to train our mind in such a way to adapt such habits.

So, whom are you waiting for?
