This is a very common question, almost everyone face this problem, when we are preparing for tough exams like CA, CS etc, it requires long sitting hours for study and revise our syllabus in time. We plan superbly, we start so well, but soon after we start losing our energy considerably, and then we face its consequences.
So how do we keep ourselves energized while study, is there any set method to do this, well, frankly speaking, there is nothing like any set standard method to adopt to overcome this situation, but there are some tricks which I tried and I found them useful so u might be same, so u can try these:
First of all, you should be known to this fact that, it's not a problem, it's a habit, as because when there are so many subjects to prepare, so many concepts to understand, it's a general habit that you face, but don't ever think like it's a problem and u need to find a solution for this, No u don't require any solution, u just need to change a few of ur habits, and you will overcome this.
Talking about ways to overcome, the First thing which I tried, I never regret of anything bad happening in my life or take any tension of pending things in my hand. if u are doing same like regretting your past, like. oh, I must have done this before, I didn't and now I am facing consequences, No dear, you do not need to feel like that, whatever you did is PAST, if you will keep calling on your PAST, you can't focus on PRESENT. Similarly, don't worry about FUTURE, future is uncertain, no one knows what is going to happen in future, even I am writing this post right now, I do not know how many of you are going to read it. whatever you want to do in future is linked directly to the work you have in your hand right now, nothing in future is going to work for you if you will only keep thinking about it, rather FOCUS on PRESENT, and make yourself compatible to match your thoughts about FUTURE, that's what we professional people require to do.
Second thing, you must do to overcome this, is to analyze yourself, apply your audit skills over yourself first, make documentation of your current day schedule and then make a schedule you wish to have, note down what gaps you are making, and make corrections accordingly. now just keep in mind, habits don't develop in a day or two, it takes time, so don't worry if some things don't work in starting but keep improving yourself until you reach to schedule you wish to have.
Third thing is very common, we all know we need to eat a lots of green food, avoid masala street junk foods etc, drink lots of water, do meditate for at least 20 mins a day, take a walk, do consult your issues your dreams with anyone of your own who understand you, don't feel alone, if you do not have anyone to share your feelings, you can write to me anytime at gkkapoor89@gmail.com
All in all, I can say, you are the creator of your own destiny, there is a way to every problem, there is a way to every worst situation, we need to see the light, the light inside us, which makes us happy. that's why I always say. Happiness comes from deep inside you..you need to search and create it, design your day, your destiny, your life, your own way. Life is precious, live it happily, make yourself happy and make your loved ones feel proud of you.
