There is always a saying:
"Be more confident, Have confidence that you can do the work in your hand."
But do we know the real meaning of confidence?
How to build it up?
How to sustain it?
Well, it's not a mystery anymore now, In today's world, not even waiters at restaurants treat you good if you are not confident enough to order your meals on the table.
The basic principle behind all such confidence is to become competent in your one chosen field. Competency and Confidence work like a Loop, means to say, you will be more confident, if you will be more competent, the same way you will be more competent if you're more confident. So it generates from being competent enough in your one chosen field.
Now one more thing I want to add up here, that whatever field you are chosen, make sure you have full intention behind it. I mean to say, confidence can never be build up without any intention behind it. Now if you are not feeling in your current situation, then I guess its time to reset your goals and choose your interests accordingly.
One more force that helps to build up confidence is none other after the part you choose your interests and that is to ACT.. yes action is required in a definite manner. Action helps you to set up momentum and when you get momentum in anything, you start feeling competent and again, more competent, more confidence.
One Last thing, obstacles are part of our life, it does not mean that if you have chosen your interests, you are working on them, but because of obstacles coming your way, you are feeling low confident. It is not the case, if you are feeling so, then its time to set up your priorities, and most importantly, Trust the Process, Honor your journey, there is always a sunrise after every dark night.
So what you are choosing today?
Are you fully intend to achieve your goals?
Are you facing any obstacles?
Are you trusting the process?
Try answering these question to yourself, and feel the magic around you.
